1. Overview
Shipping availability depends on the type of item, size, weight, destination, carrier availability, and project details. Some work may be local pickup only.
2. Processing Time
Custom projects, 3D printed parts, woodworking, electronics builds, and made-to-order items may require design time, material ordering, fabrication, printing, assembly, testing, finishing, or curing time before shipping or pickup.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may be quoted separately or included in the invoice depending on the project. Oversized, heavy, fragile, or unusual items may cost more to package and ship.
4. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Pickup details must be confirmed before arrival.
5. Packaging
ElectricalGrunt Works LLC will use reasonable packaging methods based on the item. Some custom items, delicate electronics, or fragile pieces may require special packaging.
6. Shipping Damage or Loss
Once an item is transferred to a carrier, delivery timing and handling may depend on that carrier. If an item arrives damaged, contact ElectricalGrunt Works LLC as soon as possible with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before an item is shipped. ElectricalGrunt Works LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If an item is returned because of an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, handling, repackaging, carrier fees, and any other related costs before the item is shipped again. If a custom, made-to-order, or one-off item is lost or cannot be recovered because of an address issue, ElectricalGrunt Works LLC is not required to remake, replace, or refund the item unless required by law.
